Wonderful home with absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Regina was very easy. Location of the house is very central – close to restaurants, hiking, stores, etc. The apartment is exactly as pictured – stylish furniture, amazing design, and super comfortable. Washer/dryer were very convenient, kitchen had all that you would need for a short stay – coffee, condiments, top appliances. Also such kind and friendly neighbors that we were ready to move in next door – make sure you say hello! This was the perfect place to stay on Pico – recommend to all!

The accommodation was well furnished and comfortable, it has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom products and kitchen tools were high quality. The check-in process was very smooth, upon entering the place was clean and well maintained to the point of seeming brand new. The WiFi connection was very good. Regina is a great host. She is very responsive, flexible to changing plans, informative about São Roque, such as places to eat. She makes one feel at home by small gestures such as stocking the place with non-perishables like herbs, oil & vinegar, coffee & tea. We can highly recommend this accommodation and host and would love for everyone who wants to explore the island Pico to have the opportunity to stay here.

The apartment is so central and makes the perfect base for exploring Porto! I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. Regina was quick to respond and was a great host. My sister and I took the 601 bus from the airport, which actually worked out well because it dropped us off at the top of the hill and we could walk down to the apartment. The train station is lower down so you will have to walk uphill if you use the metro. As others have mentioned the only way up to the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs so you need to be able to carry your bag. Also a tip for Porto - avoid the touristy restaurants! The small restaurants along the cobbled streets were so much better than the ones along the river.

Would definitely come back! This small studio apartment was perfect for my time in Porto. Beautiful view, easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, the river and attractions. Easy to check in and out, Regina was also flexible when I needed a little extra time before checking out. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
